The challenge
Three shows, three calendars, three sets of invoices landing in three inboxes. The Overdogs team was running production out of spreadsheets, email threads, and a shared Dropbox — and things were falling through the cracks every week.
Our approach
We built a single production hub that replaces the spreadsheets, inboxes, and shared Dropbox. One dashboard shows upcoming recordings, unpaid invoices, and recent episodes across all three shows. Episodes have a clear lifecycle from scheduled to published. Host paperwork like W-9s, contracts, and payment info lives in one place, gated behind per-user permissions. We left room to plug Google Calendar in next.
The outcome
Production runs from one screen instead of five. Invoices stop slipping. Host docs live where they're supposed to. The team stays small; the operation feels bigger.
Episodes — scheduled to recorded to editing to published, with calendar and list views.
Invoices — upload PDFs, mark paid, link to the episodes they cover.
Host profiles — W-9s, contracts, and payment info behind per-user permissions.
