The challenge
Residents bounce between Google Maps, Facebook groups, and the city site to find a plumber, a Friday-night game score, or what's happening that weekend. Nothing pulls it together — and the official city site can't and shouldn't.
Our approach
We built one place where everything Gulf Breeze happens: a business directory, an events calendar, and a live scores feed for the high school's games. Local owners can claim and update their listings. Residents submit events through a moderation queue. A featured-listing revenue model is built in so the site can pay for itself from day one.
The outcome
Launched with a directory pre-seeded for day one, a featured-listing revenue model ready to switch on, and an admin dashboard that lets one operator approve, moderate, and announce without leaving the browser.
